  • Processing Time: Refunds through coin withdrawal are processed within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary based on verification requirements.
  • Verification: Additional verification may be required to process refund requests. Users must provide any requested documentation promptly. Failure to do so may delay or cancel the refund request.

4. Withdrawal of Coins

4.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

  • Types of Coins: Users can withdraw both purchased and earned virtual coins.
  • Minimum Withdrawal Limit: The minimum limit for withdrawal is 1000 coins.
  • Conversion Rate: Withdrawals are processed at a rate of 10 coins per 1 INR.
